Foshan City Shunde District Jiahe Industrial Co., Ltd. has recently commenced mass production of several new quiet, energy-efficient fan models. Thanks to outstanding product performance and reliable supply capabilities, the company has secured large-volume orders from buyers across Europe, the Americas, and Southeast Asia, marking a new phase of growth for its export business. Since its establishment in 1996, Jiahe Industrial has focused on the R&D and manufacturing of a full range of household and industrial fans, including pedestal and wall-mounted models. The company operates fully automated production lines and heavy-duty stamping equipment (with capacities up to 100 tons), achieving an annual production capacity of 1.5 million units. The newly launched lineup—featuring high-velocity fans and portable electric heaters—incorporates design optimizations specifically tailored to overseas market needs: reduced operating noise, improved energy efficiency, and a structural balance of portability and stability. These products cater to diverse channels, including overseas supermarkets, industrial procurement, and home goods retail. Leveraging years of experience in complete fan manufacturing, the company produces core components—such as fan columns and brackets—in-house. This vertical integration shortens production cycles and ensures the timely delivery of large orders. Jiahe Industrial holds independent import-export qualifications; its entire production process adheres to the ISO9001:2015 quality management system, and finished products comply with EU RoHS environmental standards, meeting the import requirements of various international markets. Currently, batches of these new energy-efficient, quiet fans are being shipped to overseas partners, with many distributors expressing interest in long-term, stable supply arrangements. According to the company’s export manager, future plans include continuously refining products for specific regional markets—such as mini fans—and leveraging mature production scale and robust logistics support to expand global distribution channels, thereby providing cost-effective fan products to a wider range of overseas buyers.
